This book heavily draws upon mythology which is a good thing as I like mythology books but I didn’t really like this one. I think it was the whole soulmate thing. It just drove me up the wall.

This book had a strange concept and and a story that was hard to grasp but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t good because it was it just wasn’t a story I was dying to read.

However the problem here is since she finished writing those novels and moved on I just can’t seem to like anything else she is writing. Well she has done it again!
Chloe Neill took it up a notch. Her Chicagoland Vampire series in phenomenal. I just love Merit and her world.
