Flirting With The Grave…

Half-vampire Catherine Crawfield is going after the undead with a vengeance, hoping that one of these deadbeats is her father – the one responsible for ruining her mother’s life. Then she’s captured by Bones, a vampire bounty hunter, and is forced into an unlikely partnership.

In exchange for help finding her father, Cat agrees to train with the sexy night stalker until her battle reflexes are as sharp as his fangs. She’s amazed she doesn’t end up as his dinner – are there actually good vampires? Pretty soon Bones will have her convinced that being half-dead doesn’t have to be all bad. But before she can enjoy her status as kick-ass demon hunter, Cat and Bones are pursued by a group of killers. Now Cat will have to choose a side … and Bones is turning out to be as tempting as any man with a heartbeat.

I liked this book. A lot.

It had action, and heartbreak and well most of all sexual content. I haven’t read a book in so long that has such a diverse range of stuff in it. Not the right word but couldn’t think.

This booked had me laughing quite a lot and I was glad because you can sometimes get vampire books that just are plan boring and this one wasn’t.

The Red Reaper. Now she was a character and she made the story something. Her character was a good main female character, a strong one. And that is what books need when you have a female as a main character. A strong lead. She was just everything this book needed.

This book was good. It was fast paced and that’s what I like with books. I need something that isn’t going to bore me and this one defiantly didn’t. There was a lot of action and it just made the book even better.

Bones. Now that is a character. He added to the book in ways that Cat couldn’t and he just made it even better. He pushed Cat and that was a reason she was such a strong main character.

I actually can’t wait to see what Bones does next especially with Cats vast decision.
