A love out of time. A spaceship built of secrets and murder.

Seventeen-year-old Amy joins her parents as frozen cargo aboard the vast spaceship Godspeed and expects to awaken on a new planet, three hundred years in the future. Never could she have known that her frozen slumber would come to an end fifty years too soon and that she would be thrust into the brave new world of a spaceship that lives by its own rules.

Amy quickly realizes that her awakening was no mere computer malfunction. Someone—one of the few thousand inhabitants of the spaceship —tried to kill her. And if Amy doesn't do something soon, her parents will be next.

Now Amy must race to unlock Godspeed's hidden secrets. But out of her list of murder suspects, there's only one who matters: Elder, the future leader of the ship and the love she could never have seen coming.

That is the word that sums up this whole book.

I am shocked.

I am not normally into my Science Fiction books but this was just incredible.

I think the fact that it was a mystery book made it a whole lot better. That is what drew me in. The whole mystery I just wanted to figure out what happened and what was going to happen.

This book was so suspenseful and it just made the whole thing even better.

What shocked me even for was the fact that it was in the point of view of two different characters. The chapters alternated between two characters and I thought I would hate it, I normally do. But for some reason in this book it just works.

The mystery is what makes this book good. Why is Amy woken up? How did she survive? These are the questions that run this whole book and it just makes it extraordinary.

Beth Revis should be proud of herself.
